Last updated: October 29, 2026

These terms apply to your use of sawshub.com (“SawsHub,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

SawsHub publishes woodworking, tool and DIY guides for general information. Nothing on the site is professional advice from a licensed contractor, electrician or engineer.

Our content

The articles, photos, videos, patterns and graphics on SawsHub are owned by us or used with permission. You are welcome to read our guides, use them for your own projects, and share links to them. You may not copy or republish our articles or photos, scrape the site, or use our name in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product, without our written permission.

Comments

If you post a comment, you keep ownership of it but give us permission to display, edit for length, or remove it. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, or that you do not have the right to share. We may remove any comment for any reason.

Acceptable use

Do not try to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to it, upload malicious code, impersonate others, or collect information about other users. Automated access other than search engine indexing requires our written permission.

Power tools are dangerous

Saws, routers, drills and other tools can cause serious injury, including loss of fingers or eyesight. When you use information from SawsHub:

  • Read and follow the manufacturer’s manual for every tool.
  • Use blade guards, riving knives, push sticks and other safety equipment the tool calls for.
  • Wear eye and hearing protection, and dust protection where needed.
  • Keep children and pets away from your work area.
  • Check local building codes and permit rules before you start a project.

You are responsible for your own safety and for how you use our information. Do not attempt any technique you are not trained or comfortable to do.

Purchases from SawsHub

Our shop sells digital scroll saw patterns. Patterns are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, share or redistribute the pattern files, and you may not sell items you make from them. All sales are final. Payment, delivery and refunds are covered on our Shipping & Returns page.

Affiliate links

SawsHub earns commissions from affiliate links, including as an Amazon Associate. Purchases you make from a retailer are between you and that retailer. See our Disclaimer.

Links to other sites

We link to retailers, manufacturers and other websites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

SawsHub is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep our guides accurate and current, but we do not promise that every article is complete, correct or up to date, or that the site will always be available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SawsHub and its owners are not liable for any injury, property damage, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its content. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to cover any claims, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on SawsHub infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the work you believe was copied, the URL of the content on our site, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
