Everything in the SawsHub shop is a digital download. There is nothing to ship and no shipping charge.
Getting your download
- After your payment goes through, your download link appears on the order confirmation page.
- We also email the link to the address you used at checkout. Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it.
- If you lose the email, write to us with your order number and we will resend your link.
Pattern files are PDFs. You will need a PDF reader to open them and a printer to print them at full size.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because patterns are digital files, we do not offer refunds after purchase.
If your file will not download or open, or you received the wrong file, email [email protected] with your order number and we will send you a working file. If you were charged twice for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge.
